The AOSP DET1 is a miniature, high gain
transimpedance amplifier is designed to be used with a
reverse-biased pin diode (Si / InGaAs). Aimed at
simplifying the photo-receiver design, the DET1 can be
used as an individual unit or in combination with other
low noise amplification stages. Unusually for this type
of amplifier, the DET1 feature DC coupling across the
full bandwidth of the unit.
The amplifier, which is mounted on a 8mm x 25mm PCB, is
compatible with a broad range of industry-standard
photodiodes, with which it can be supplied on request.
Additionally, a cylindrical EMC shield is available.
